Mo Ali is a social impact and social justice leader seeking to support 100,000 changemakers. A former humanitarian worker, changemaker, and the driving force behind Rise In Our Roots, Men’s Circle in Social Impact, The Emerging 1000 and The Innovation Community.

Drawing on over a decade of global experience, Mo bridges the gap between systemic social change and deep inner work. His approach is firmly grounded in decolonial learning, ancestral wisdom, and emotional resilience; offering a brave space for folks to shed societal conditioning and code-switching to safely reclaim themselves.

By blending holistic tools like deep meditation, visualisation, and playful movement, Mo creates loving, high-energy environments designed to heal burnout and transform collective experiences into purposeful action. He is also an early-stage Grief Tender and a founder member of Grief Tenders For Liberation. Mo will be one of our MC’s and space holders, bringing his playful energy, deep care and dad jokes to the weekend.
