Seki Lynch (Say-kai) is a Leeds-based poet, playwright, storyteller and author of the poetry collection Under the Sun Our Hearts Are Beating (2024). He co-wrote and co-directed Barber B: A Play of Sorts, telling the story of Leeds legend, Brian Swarray aka "Barber B”. It's sequel Each One Teach One, was performed with his brother Paul and sister Cheryl after Brian's death. Seki now creates improvised poetic performances with musicians, The Cosmic Rays. His work explores nature, science, history, mysticism and connection as a reminder that none of us are ever really alone.

Seki is here to immerse himself intentionally and see what future work emerges from sondering together, though there may be emergent performances over this weekend.
